About

For as long as I can remember I've made things. I grew up painting, drawing, modelling, sawing wood, knitting and crocheting and eventually went to art college. From there I became a primary school teacher, where for almost 30 years I helped children discover their own creativity.
I always told my students and my own 3 kids that learning is something you'll carry on doing your whole life. When I suffered a brain injury in 2022 I had to embrace that advice in a way I never expected and re-learn how to draw.
With the help of the creative courses at Greenwich Co-operative Development Agency I discovered a passion for printmaking. I love the printing process and the way that no two images are ever exactly the same. I'm embracing the change and opportunity I've been given to share my work with new audiences.
